To review the achievements of 2025 and the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, and to systematically plan the work tasks for 2026, Conch New Materials held its 2026 Work Conference and the Fourth Session of the Fifth Employee (Union Member) Congress in Wuhu on January 23, 2026. A total of 78 participants, including the company's leadership, heads of departments and subsidiaries, and employee representatives, attended the main venue, while various subsidiaries participated via video link.

Yu Jieyu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of the company, delivered a work report titled "Improving Internal Capabilities to Enhance Quality and Efficiency, Deepening Adjustments to Promote Development, Striving for a Strong Start to the '15th Five-Year Plan'." The report summarized the company's work in 2025, analyzed the current situation, tasks, and challenges, outlined the operational management approach for 2026, and detailed six key priorities: first, focusing on increasing efficiency and income to drive the transformation of sales markets; second, emphasizing results-oriented approach to enhance efficiency and effectiveness; third, prioritizing project implementation to expand the outcomes of transformational development; fourth, leveraging innovation-driven strategies to strengthen product market competitiveness; fifth, improving management to elevate corporate governance standards; and sixth, underscoring the guiding role of Party building to advance high-quality corporate development.

Li Xiaobo, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, delivered a concluding address. He summarized the achievements of the company in its operations and development over the past five years, provided a detailed analysis of the goals and pathways for the company's transformational development during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, and urged all units to strengthen their awareness of development, proactively enhance research and evaluation of new industries and projects, and achieve greater results in the company's transformational development.

Regarding the work for 2026, he emphasized that all units should actively revitalize existing assets, enhance quality growth, continue to promote market structure adjustments, accelerate the improvement of overseas market layouts, strive to increase the economic benefits of emerging industries, and work diligently to achieve the annual operational and development goals. He also stressed the importance of prioritizing technological innovation, increasing investment in new technologies, processes, and materials, and continuously strengthening the company’s core competitiveness. Furthermore, he called for further deepening the application of the Party’s innovative theories, reinforcing a clear focus on grassroots development, strengthening the development of cadre and talent teams, and strictly implementing the Party’s responsibilities for comprehensive self-governance, ensuring high-quality corporate development through the guidance and support of high-quality Party building.
